Accessing files within SureDrop

Files and documents within secure SureDrop groups can be shared, viewed online or downloaded to local storage.

Sharing files

Files may be shared with another user or external party. Alternatively, a third party may be sent a link to a file. as well as linked to.

Viewing files online

Files can also be opened in SureDrop by selecting the required document and then choosing the Open option form the ellipsis menu at the end of the row.

Downloading files

Files are downloaded by navigating to the appropriate folder, selecting the required document and then choosing the download button (when hovering on the row) or selecting the download option from the ellipsis menu at the end of the row.
