Brand Name

If a customer has a large number of users, it might make it more manageable if the users are grouped into smaller cohorts. For example, you might divide users up into functional areas such as accounts or logistics or customer support. Alternatively, your SureDrop users might have a particular role but contribute to different projects, such as government tender responses; the project name becomes the team ‘brand’ name.

Select the Admin screen and then open the Team Wide Settings dialog.

Locate the Brand Name field. Enter the name you want to use for your “brand.”

Click the Save button to update the settings.

A message is displayed to indicate the changes have been implemented.

Your brand name is displayed on system generated emails and at the top of the left-hand navigation panel.
