When you have an activated SureDrop account, you can access your files by entering the URL for the SureDrop instance of your company into your browser and then entering your user credentials.
SureDrop instance URL: for example: suredrop.com.au
If you select "Remember me" the system remembers your username and the Team of which you are a member. The next time you login, these account details will automatically be entered and you will only need to enter your password.
Amend login details
If the displayed Team or Username are incorrect, click on the link Not you or wrong team:
This will display a blank login screen.
Enter the correct Team name and username and click Next.
